This Clarification Text has been prepared by MODE SAĞLIK TURİZMİ VE EĞİTİM DANIŞMANLIK HİZMETLERİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (“Company”) in its capacity as the data controller, pursuant to Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”). • To request correction if data is incomplete or incorrect
• To request deletion or destruction of personal data under Article 7 of KVKK
• To request notification of correction, deletion, or destruction to third parties
• To object to decisions made exclusively by automated systems
• To claim compensation in case of unlawful processing causing damage

You may submit your requests regarding these rights in writing or via your registered email address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or the email address previously shared with our Company and registered in our system.

7. EXPRESS CONSENT TEXT

As the data subject, I give my explicit consent for the processing of my sensitive personal data (including health data) and general personal data for the purposes stated above, for their transfer to domestic and foreign healthcare institutions and business partners, for the sending of commercial electronic messages, for analysis through cookies, and for improving service quality.
